Site layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore included in this new photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a key detailing different sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More documentation released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
